An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Sean Connery was a Scottish actor from the 1950s to the 2010s. Though he is best known as James Bond, he has had a long and illustrious film career! He retired after The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen in 2003 (except for a couple of voice roles in small films). Some of his movies include: Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, The Man Who Would Be King, The Untouchables (winner of the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Darby O'Gill and the Little People, The Hill, The Longest Day, Marnie, Shalako, The Anderson Tapes (in the title role as Robert 'Duke' Anderson), and Robin and Marian (in the title role as Robin Hood). He passed away in 2020 at the age of 90. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Sean Connery! Also note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahoney Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him).
