Important Added Info: Note that, while this is a re-issue poster, it has a really wonderful image of Errol Flynn, capturing exactly the quality he had that charmed so many millions of women (and made so many men want to be like him)!

Condition: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and it had defects which were repaired during the linenbacking process (which we describe below, as well as the quality of the restoration, if I thought there was something about the restoration worth commenting on!). You should also look at our "super-sized" image of the actual poster (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information about linenbacked posters to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!).

the image area of the poster was in quite nice condition. The poster was somewhat tattered in the blank borders, and the person who restored the poster chose to paint over most of the blank white areas, so as to "even them out". While it gives the poster more restoration than I like, I do have to admit that it works, and that the restoration is not very noticeable (and it is only blank white paper that has been painted over).
