Robinson ("His Mightiest Picture"; "The Man of a Thousand Characters ...in his first great love drama!"), Vivienne Osborne, Guy Kibbee, Preston Foster, and J. Important Added Info: Note that first release 1932 posters from this movie are incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned a window card and a special cloth poster (and NO other posters, only 8x10 stills) from this movie until we received this one-sheet, which we have never auctioned before! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and a stain 3" to the right of the middle crossfold, at the edge of Robinson's cheek. There were small stains scattered in the lower right of the image, including some in the girl's body. There were some stains in the "C" of "SECONDS" and in the background above it, with one in the middle of the "T" of "TWO". There were two stains in the background below the first "S" of "SECONDS" and several small ones in the background above that "S". There were some stains in the blue background to the right of Robinson's hair. Other than the above defects, the poster was in generally pretty nice condition prior to linenbacking. A really top restorer performed excellent restoration to the above defects, and the poster displays really well, and it had bright colors, which have not been enhanced, which is a big plus! This incredibly rare poster will display wonderfully on the new owner's wall. Learn More about condition grades
