An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Nancy Kulp arrived in Hollywood in 1952, and three weeks later, she was offered a small part in "The Model and the Marriage Broker". She appeared in a number of movies in the 1950s in minor roles, including "Shane", but she got her first big break playing a recurring role in the mid 1950s in TV's "The Bob Cummings Show", and then she got her really big break in 1962 when she was cast as "Miz Jane" in TV's "The Beverly Hillbillies". In 1984, she ran for Congress, but lost, and became a teacher, passing away in 1991 at the age of 69.
Important Added Info: Note that this is a test photo used to show one of the many costumes that Nancy Kulp wore during this movie (the stars would put on each costume and stand next to a board with the details of when that costume was used in the movie, and then they would try on a different one and repeat the process, until they had tried on all their costumes; I wonder if major stars of today have to endure this same ritual?).

Condition: very good to fine. The still is in very nice condition!
