8 1972 Re-release Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Stills (Learn More)

Limelight, the 1952 Charles Chaplin stage acting aging comedian romantic comedy ("Charles Chaplin in his human drama 'Limelight' it will move you to love, laughter and tears"; "The masterpiece of laughter and tears from the master of comedy!") starring Charlie Chaplin (Charles Chaplin; "In his human drama"; as Calvero), Claire Bloom, Sydney Chaplin, Nigel Bruce, Norman Lloyd, Buster Keaton (this was the only movie Keaton and Chaplin appeared in together!), Marjorie Bennett, "and for the Ballet, Andre Eglevsky, and Melissa Hayden". Note that this movie was released in 1952, but did not play in any theaters in the Los Angeles area until the 1972 re-release! This made it eligible for the Academy Awards in 1972, 20 years after its initial release!

Important Added Info: SUPER IMPORTANT! THIS LOT CONTAINS 8 STILLS, BUT ONLY FOUR OF THE STILLS ARE PICTURED! THE HIGH BIDDER ON THIS LOT WILL RECEIVE 8 STILLS FROM THIS MOVIE, and NOT just the four pictured! We realize there is an element of gambling to this, but we made no effort to find the best four stills in the lot, and, if you have any willingness to gamble at all, you may find that you get some great stills that were not pictured! Please do NOT bid on this lot unless you can accept that you are only seeing four of the stills.

Condition: fine. Other than some very minor border defects, the stills are in really nice condition, just about as good as one could possibly hope for!
