An Autographed REPRODUCTION Pressbook Spread (measures 14 1/4" x 22") (Learn More) John Agar was an actor from the 1940s to the 2000s, primarily in westerns (he is best remembered for his roles in John Ford westerns) and horror/sci-fi. Some of his movies include: Fort Apache, She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, Sands of Iwo Jima, Tarantula, Revenge of the Creature, and The Mole People. He was married to Shirley Temple for five years, and they had one child, and after they divorced, he remarried and he remained married until he passed away in 2002 at the age of 81. Important Added Info: Note that this item (which is a REPRODUCTION of the pressbook spread (2 interior pages), printed on a heavy, window card-like stock) has been personally autographed (signed) by John Agar! Note that our consignor is a major western buff who attended all of the western memorabilia shows of the 1970s on, and he became friendly with all the B-western stars who regularly attended those shows, and he would often socialize with them outside of the shows, and he obtained many signed photos in person over those years. He has reached an age where he has consigned his collection to us. We are 100% certain that the autograph on this item is genuine! Condition: very good to fine. The REPRO is in nice condition!
