If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: good to very good. The poster had creases, tears, pinholes, and some areas of paper loss in the borders, and many tears and small areas of paper loss in some of the foldlines, and some small paper loss at some crossfolds, more so in the title and credits area at the bottom of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking (especially considering it is 85 years-old!). The poster was well backed, but you can see some signs of the restoration of the above defects. From any reasonable viewing distance, the poster looks great!
