Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More)

Old Dad, the 1920 Lloyd Ingraham silent romantic family relationship comedy ("From the novel by Eleanor Hallowell Abbott"; about a girl whose mother runs off to be an opera singer, and she is unconventionally raised by her father) starring Mildred Harris ("with an All Star Cast"), John St. Polis, Myrle Stedman, Irving Cummings, and Hazel Howell. Note that female lead Mildred Harris was married to Charlie Chaplin from 1918 to 1921, and during that time, she was billed as "Mrs. Charlie Chaplin", but after they were divorced, she returned to being Mildred Harris.

Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).

Condition: very good. This slide probably originally had black tape on all the edges, but that tape is gone and has been replaced with what appears to be stickers from a circa 1920 drug store! One piece of tape reads "George E. Cook Pharmacist", another piece read
