The Incredible Shrinking Man, the classic 1957 Jack Arnold science fiction (sci-fi) miniaturization fantasy adventure thriller ("A fascinating adventure into the unknown!"; "The most incredible story the screen has ever told!"; "Every hour he gets smaller.... Smaller... Smaller and moment by moment the terror mounts!..."; "Victim of Weird mist!"; "Day by Day he shrinks!"; "Science is baffled!"; "Cat becomes monster!"; "Terror at every turn!"; "Deadly spider attacks!"; "Lost in a floods fury!"; a highly literate screenplay by Richard Matheson from his own novel; surprisingly, the studio did not force Matheson to tack on an artificial "happy" ending, and it is lucky, for most people think the movie's actual ending is wonderful!; the special effects are primitive by today's standards, but they are very powerful, and work just fine) starring Grant Williams (in the title role), Randy Stuart, April Kent, Paul Langton, Raymond Bailey, William Schallert, and Orangey (as the cat Butch; Orangey was also Cat in "Breakfast At Tiffany's!")

Important Added Info: What a wonderful offering this is! It contains two items. The first is a 30" x 42" "blueprint" (but actually drawn in pencil on a printed sheet). It is from Universal Pictures, and it has a printed area in the bottom right, which has spaces to fill in the specifics on the specific movie, and it is marked "SHEET 1 OF 2 SHEETS", with information about the production, and is hand dated 6-13-56, and has two later dates to the left of it of 6-18-56 and 6-22-56. It has a blueprint of "stage 7 spotting set to be constructed", and it says "NOTE! This drawing is not correct for stage 7 spotting; see original blueprint for correct layout". In addition, there is an 8" x 11" sheet which has three original storyboard drawings from when the man has shrunk so small that he is tiny next to a tin of shoe polish, and there are captions under the three drawings (see our image).

Condition: very good. Someone once displayed the blueprint with tiny staples in the corners, so there are those tiny staple holes and some light creases scattered throughout. But otherwise, the items are in pretty nice condition!
