What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair. The poster had tears and tiny paper loss on parts of many folds, with tape stains and paper loss around the edges, and yellow stains in the bottom right of the image. It also had a Y-shaped tear in the bottom right tagline area. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking. Someone mounted it to linen and then started doing restoration on Webb's face at top center, and then did nothing further (see our image).
