An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Swiss Movie Poster (measures 36" x 50") (Learn More)

Cinematheque Suisse Musee du Film, the 1981 Swiss film festival poster for an exhibition of films held at the Casino Montbenon in Lausanne, Switzerland, on October 19th, 1981. The poster features a great large close up image of Louise Brooks, probably from "Pandora's Box"! If anyone knows more about this poster or this exhibition, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Artist: Werner Jeker & Albin Uldry

Condition: very good to fine. The poster appears to have never been folded and to have been in generally quite nice condition prior to linenbacking. Note that the poster features an intentionally grainy image of Louise Brooks (it appears that it is an actual blow-up of a frame of film). The poster was well backed, and looks great!
