An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Peter B. Kyne's Born to Fight, the 1936 Charles Hutchison (he starred in a series of silent serials where he always played the character "Hurricane Hutch") juvenile boxing sports gambling melodrama ("Suggested by the story 'To Him Who Dares'"; about a prizefighter who beats up a crooked gambler, and he has to go on the run, and while he does, he meets a young would-be boxer, and he trains him to win the championship, but the gambler shows back up and tries to sabotage both boxers!) starring Frankie Darro, Kane Richmond, Jack La Rue, Frances Grant, Sheila Bromley, and Fred 'Snowflake' Toones. Note that Frankie Darro had started in movies at the age of 6 in 1924, and he made a long series of movies with cowboy star Tom Tyler. From 1936 to 1938, he appeared in eight movies with Kane Richmond, and this was one of those. Because of his small stature, Darro continued to play teenagers well into his 20s!

Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: good. The card has darkened, typical of some lobby cards of this period. There are creases, tiny tears, and tiny bits of paper loss and surface paper loss across the top edge of the card, with a tear at bottom center and a few dot stains and smudges around the edges. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
