An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Chained, the 1934 Clarence Brown ocean cruise romantic love triangle melodrama ("When she's in his arms ...it's the grandest thrill the screen can give!"; about a woman who is a mistress of a rich older man, and while on a cruise with him, meets a poor but handsome young man and falls in love, but she is "chained" to the rich man!) starring Joan Crawford, Clark Gable, Otto Kruger, Stuart Erwin, Una O'Connor, and Akim Tamiroff NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good. The top border was folded over at one time and there is uneven darkening in the top 1" of the card and down the left blank border. There is a 1/2" tear at top center that was repaired with tape from the back. Other than the above defects, which are primarily in the blank borders, the card is in pretty nice condition. Because the defects are primarily in the borders and edges of the image, one could certainly display this great card as it is, or certainly, restoration could be performed.
