Artist: Philip Castle Important Added Info: Note that this poster is from the Mark E. Blunck Collection and was on display at the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences in Beverly Hills as part of the Stanley Kubrick: The Ultimate Trip exhibit that ran from November 8, 2012 to April 7, 2013! Also note that this movie was originally released in the United States with an "X" rating. It was soon re-released with an "R" rating, and the posters with the "X" rating have always been more difficult to find than those with an "R" rating! Also note that this poster was stamped "DOM" which means it was printed for use within the United States (there would also have been posters stamped "FOR" for use outside the United States). Finally, note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: very good. There is a small area of light rippling in the black background right of center, but it is not very noticeable or distracting. There are some minor scuff marks and creases along the foldlines (mostly at the crossfolds) and there is approximately 1/2" of separation at the left end of the middle horizontal fold. The poster is otherwise in nice condition and it displays well, but of course if one chose to have it restored it would look fantastic! Learn More about condition grades
