Hans J. Salter was an Austro-Hungarian born composer musician, and musical director from the 1920s to the 1990s. He composed the musical scores for some of the best loved Universal horror movies, including: Son of Frankenstein, Black Friday, The Mummy's Hand, House of Frankenstein and many more! He passed away in 1994 at the age of 98.
Important Added Info: Note that this item has been personally autographed (signed) by Hans J. Salter! Our consignor is a highly respected author of many movie books, and he acquired this signed item while doing research for a book, and while he has no certificate of authenticity, we are 100% certain it is authentic. It comes with the envelope that Mr. Salter sent it in, which has his return address on it. In the letter, Mr. Salter sadly says that he no longer has the score for "House of Frankenstein", and he mentions his latest two albums.
