The Extra Terrestrial and his adventures on earth."; nominated for the Best Director and Best Picture Academy Award) starring Dee Wallace, Peter Coyote, Henry Thomas ("as Elliott"), Drew Barrymore, and Robert MacNaughton Artist: John Alvin Important Added Info: Note that this is the most desirable style of poster for this classic movie, the style that shows ET and Elliot riding the bicycle with the moon in the background. It comes to us from a consignor who purchased it at the time the movie came out, and we are 100% certain it is genuine! Note that this poster measures 26 3/4" x 40 1/2". This is the correct size for the genuine poster! Also note that this poster was never machine folded. Most movie posters from before 1980 were machine folded immediately after printing. After 1980, it quickly became standard for posters to never be folded, and were shipped to theaters rolled in tubes. But this made it far more likely for posters to pick up minor (or major) defects, and it can be difficult to find an unfolded poster from the 1980s in excellent condition. Condition: . the poster has the most minor of tiny creases that are not noticeable or distracting; the poster is in really wonderful condition!
