An Original Vintage Comic Book (measures 7 1/4" x 10 1/4" [18 x 26 cm]) (Learn More) Walt Disney's Comics and Stories (also known as Walt Disney's Comics) is an anthology comic book series featuring characters from The Walt Disney Company's films and shorts, including Donald Duck, Scrooge McDuck, Mickey Mouse, Chip 'n Dale, Li'l Bad Wolf, Scamp, Bucky Bug, Grandma Duck, Brer Rabbit, Winnie the Pooh, and others. With more than 700 issues, Walt Disney's Comics & Stories is the longest-running Disney comic book in the United States, making it the flagship title, and is one of the best-selling comic books of all time. Important Added Info: Note that the first story in this comic is a really wild one, where Donald Duck has taken his nephews "south for the winter", and they want to go back and play in the snow, so when he is asleep, they pull a "Rip Van Winkle", and they glue whiskers on him and then wake him up and tell him that it is now the year 1990, and that 40 years have passed while he was sleeping. He is skeptical, and they have to prove to him that he is really in 1990, but that is hard to do. Fortunately, at the end of the story, Donald inhales fumes from ether that he uses to mix with his cheap gasoline, and the fumes from the ether make him hallucinate, and he sees the world of 1990, which has "rubber buildings" and people who have detachable parts! People in the comic book hobby consider this a "drug issue", given its content! Condition: very good. Learn More about condition grades
