Brannon & William Witney mystery crime serial ("A Republic Serial in 12 Chapters"; "For the first time, an amazing answer to the atomic bomb explodes in a blaze of serial super-action!") starring Charles Quigley, Linda Stirling, Clayton Moore, I. Stanford Jolley, Kenne Duncan, Sam Flint, Rex Lease, and Rod Bacon. Note that the Crimson Ghost was played by actor Bud Geary, who is uncredited, but he solely wore the costume and the voice that was used was that of I. Stanford Jolley, who played a different character in the serial! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good. The card had pinholes and tears around the edges. It had stains in the top of the girl's hair and in the background area above the left of the hair. It had small paper loss in the bottom left of the girl's shirt and a pinhole at the bottom of one of her eyes. There were pinholes and tiny paper loss in the center of the title. Overall, the card was in fair to good condition prior to restoration. A talented restorer gel backed the card (meaning they backed the card onto a gel material) and they then performed restoration to the above defects, and then removed the gel backing, so that the card still looks and feels like an original card (and it is!), with no backing at all. Given the card's defects described above, the restorer did a pretty good job, but you can see signs of the defects and the restoration, but the card displays pretty well (see our super-sized images to get a good sense of exactly how the card looks now).
