Astarte, the late 1960s Swiss poster advertising for the first live multi-media ballet that was performed by the City Center Joffrey Ballet in New York City, New York. This poster features wild art photo of ballet dancers by Herbert Migdoll. It appears that this ballet took place in the 1967-68 season (based on brief research on the Internet). Certainly, this poster is extremely unusual and really cool! If anyone knows more about this poster or this ballet, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: very good. The poster has a few creases around the edges but overall it is in pretty nice condition.
