Important Added Info: Note that first release 1933 movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have only previously auctioned a Swedish poster and some stills from this movie until we received this insert! The poster is not very fragile (which is surprising, since it is 86 years old!), so it could be sent rolled in a tube, and we will do that if the new owner really wants it, but we think it would be far safer to send it in a large flat package. It has survived pretty well after so many years, and we would hate for it to get damaged during shipping.

Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has a 4" tear at lower left that slightly extends into the necklace and chest of Wynard and there are some much smaller creases and tears in portions of the lower left, lower center and lower right borders. All of the aforementioned defects are backed by a cloth tape and most (including the 4" tear) have a "shiny" appearance (likely as a result of some amateur restoration once performed to those areas). There are a few faint dot stains at lower left in the blank border. Still, though, despite these defects the rare poster is otherwise in pretty nice condition and is "all there", and after paperbacking with some proper restoration it would look great!
