Important Added Info: Note that this item has been personally autographed (signed) by David Lawrence Jr.! Our consignor (who was a diplomat for the U.S. in exotic locations) obtained this autograph either through personal correspondence or from one of the other diplomats she worked with. We are 100% certain that this item came from the person listed, but we can't be 100% certain that they signed it themselves, because possibly a secretary signed it. However, given that they were writing to a diplomat rather than a fan, we think it is far more likely that they would have signed it themselves rather than have a secretary sign it. We suggest bidders compare the signature here to other signatures online of this person. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. Condition: good. There is a pencil mark across the letter that extends into the signature (see our image). Learn More about condition grades
