Wake up Mr. & Mrs. America"; "Easy money - but a victim of shame for life"; "Once innocent - now I have to pay for my shame on 'Skid Row'"; "I had to beg steal and worse to live"; "Adults only"). Note that this movie has been confused with the 1956 Canadian documentary movie of the same name (including by us!), but we don't believe the two movies are connected. Also note that there is a strong possibility that this 1950 movie was not first made in 1950, but that it might be a re-titling, and perhaps re-editing, of almost any of the 1930s and 1940s sexploitation/crime movies (one strong possibility is the 1943 crime movie "Confessions of a Vice Baron", because the IMDb says it was re-released under the title of "Skid Row")! If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. The poster was folded too quickly after printing resulting in minor ink transfer from the top to the bottom and visa versa (mostly only visible in the blank white areas). There is about 2" of separation at the bottom crossfold. There is minor. Note that this is one of a collection of 39 extremely rare burlesque, sexploitation, and exploitation movie posters from 1938 to 1979 offered by eMoviePoster this week on eBay. These posters are far more rare than regular movie posters because they played in very few theaters. Few of these posters were printed and few survive (especially those from before 1970). Included in this collection are some of the most classic of these titles, including films of Russ Meyer and Radley Metzger.
