Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More)

Companionate Marriage, the 1928 Erle C. Kenton romantic marital wedding melodrama ("Vital! Different! Daring!"; "Written by Judge Ben B. Lindsey and Wainwright Evans"; about two couples, one of whom gets married after a drunken night together, but they are unhappy, and after the birth of a baby, the wife commits suicide; her sister then takes the baby and has a "loveless marriage" of convenience so that the baby will have parents, but that couple grows to love each other) starring Betty Bronson, Alec B. Francis, William Welsh, Edward Martindel and Sarah Padden. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Condition: fine. There is a 1/2" tear in the upper right edge, a tiny tear in the lower left corner, and the other three corners have a tiny chip off.
