Condition: very good. The blank borders have faint tape stains and lots of surface paper loss (which slightly extends into the image background in the bottom center edge). There are a few pinholes in the borders. There is a 3/4" tear in the center of the top blank border (slightly extending into the image but repaired with tape from the back). The lobby card is in better condition than the above makes it sound! The defects are relatively minor and mostly confined to the blank borders.
