Russell Janney's The Miracle of the Bells, the 1948 Irving Pichel rise-and-fall-of-a-Hollywood-star melodrama ("A picture to make the whole world happy!"; "Screen Play by Ben Hecht and Quentin Reynolds"; based on the novel by Russell Janney; about an actress who dies before her first movie is released, and the cynical agent who labors mightily to see that the movie is still released, aided by the kindly local priest, oddly played by Frank Sinatra!) starring Fred MacMurray, Alida Valli (billed as "Valli"; best remembered as the female lead of The Third Man), Frank Sinatra, Lee J. Cobb, Harold Vermilyea, Charles Meredith, and Philip Ahn

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Since most of the items in this special Frank Sinatra auction are folded, we CAN re-fold this poster so that it can be sent with folded ones (but if you purchase rolled posters from our other auctions and want this poster combined with those, that is fine too). Just let us know what you want to do after you find out if you win this poster!

Condition: good to very good. There are some scuff marks and creases scattered throughout the poster. There is tiny paper loss at the crossfold and there is a small amount of tattering around the edges of the poster.
