An Original 1950s (from the first release of this film in Yugoslavia) Vintage Theatrical Folded Yugoslavian Movie Poster (measures 19" x 27 1/4" [48 x 69 cm]) (Learn More)

The Man Who Knew Too Much, the 1934 (released in the U.S. in 1935) Alfred Hitchcock English family relationship spy espionage kidnapping crime thriller (about an English couple vacationing in Switzerland with their teen daughter, and the husband finds out about a spy plot, and the spies kidnap his daughter to keep him from telling what he knows) starring Leslie Banks, Edna Best, Peter Lorre, Frank Vosper, Hugh Wakefield, Nova Pilbeam, and Cicely Oates. Alfred Hitchcock remade this movie in 1956 starring James Stewart and Doris Day (and kept the plot pretty much the same, but changed the daughter to a son)!

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that the poster has an artist's signature on it, but we cannot make it out in the slightest. If anyone knows the name of this artist, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

UPDATED 07/26/2013: Note that this poster is from the 1934 version of "The Man Who Knew Too Much" and NOT the 1956 version as we initially listed. The poster has text that translates to "first version" which indicates that it was created after the 1956 remake. We believe that it is likely from the late 1950s (or early 1960s) first release of this film in Yugoslavia. However, it is possible that the Yugoslavian first release was before the 1950s and if anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: good to very good. There are some creases and scuffs scattered throughout the poster (some from it being oddly folded at one time) and there are some small tears along the foldlines and around the edges.
