Bruce Humberstone World War II (WWII) Home Front military romantic musical comedy ("Based on a story by Libbie Block") starring Betty Grable, John Harvey, Martha Raye, Joe E. Brown, Eugene Pallette, Dorothea Kent, Hermes Pan, Doris Merrick, "Skating Vanities" (specialty ice skaters who appeared in this one movie), and Charlie Spivak and His Orchestra. Note that it was natural for Betty Grable to star in this movie, because she was the number one pin-up of servicemen during World War II! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fair. There is a long upside-down Y-shaped tear in the top right of the image, extending into Grable's arm. There is 5" of separation in the center of the top horizontal fold, with tiny paper loss along that area. There is separation in the top 5" of the vertical fold. There is paper loss and a 5" tear in the left of the top border. There are other tears and areas of paper loss around the edges and there are some tape repair son the back of the poster. The poster has significant defects, so please do not bid on this poster unless you can accept its defects described above or are willing to pay to have them properly restored.
