An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Framed (released in some countries as "Paula"), the 1947 Richard Wallace romantic crime film noir ("You've messed up three lives already... isn't that enough?"; about a mining engineer whose car breaks down, and a pretty woman unknown to him helps him pay his fine, and in the classic tradition of film noir, that plunges him into a seedy world of strange people and double-crosses) starring Glenn Ford, Janis Carter (as Paula Craig), Barry Sullivan, Edgar Buchanan, Karen Morley, and Jim Bannon NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss in the bottom horizontal fold, with small tears in the right 6" of the bottom fold, and small paper loss at the right end of the bottom horizontal fold. It had a lesser amount of wear on the rest of the folds and in the borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking.
