The Cohens and Kellys in Paris, the 1928 William Beaudine silent France Jewish-girl/Irish-boy-and-their-inlaws romantic family comedy sequel ("You'll never stop laughing!!"; "Remember the original 'Cohens and Kellys' Here they are again in a rib-cracking tour of the most fascinating city in the world"; "100% entertainment"; in this installment of this popular series of movies, the couple first gets married in Paris, and the wife thinks he is having an affair with his model, and the model's husband also misunderstands) starring George Sidney (as Cohen), J. Farrel McDonald (as Kelly), Vera Gordon (as Mrs. Cohen), Kate Price (as Mrs. Kelly), Sue Carol (as Sadye Cohen; she was a ), Charles Delaney (as Patrick Kelly Jr.), Gertrude Astor, and Charles Murray (as another "Kelly"). Note that in the original "The Cohens and the Kellys" made two years earlier, the daughter was played by Olive Hasbrouck, and Charles Murray had a much larger role.

Important Added Info: Note that this glass slide is "text only", and since there is no studio information, it is quite possible it was created by a local theater. Also note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). This slide is the kind that has two panes of glass that are taped together with black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of many older glass slides. We have provided a high quality scan of the image, but we have not taken a photo of the slide, because there would really be very little to see!

Condition: good to very good. There is slight smudging on the glass (it is not very distracting, and it could likely be cleaned).
