The band was formed by singer Roger Daltrey, guitarist Pete Townshend, bassist John Entwistle, and drummer Keith Moon. The Who have sold about 100 million records and have charted 27 top forty singles in the United Kingdom and United States, as well as 17 top ten albums. The Who were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990! Artist: Gunther Kieser Important Added Info: Note that we received additional information about this poster. The image on this poster is readily available as a reprint, and there are also "tour blank" versions, but an original with the date and venue info is very difficult to find. BUT PLEASE KNOW THAT THE POSTER WE ARE OFFERING HERE IS THE RARE ORIGINAL 1976 TOUR POSTER CONTAINING THE DATE AND VENUE INFORMATION, AND IT IS HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER BY COLLECTORS! Condition: good. The poster was never folded. It had a 1 1/2" x 2" piece of paper tape on the back of each corner, and that tape has slightly bled through to the front (looking at our super-sized image should tell you exactly how much). There is paper loss in the top left corner and a few creases scattered through the poster. There are two 1/2" tears in the top of the right border and many creases in the top 3" of the poster. If I owned this great poster, I would surely have it professionally linenbacked. After proper restoration, the poster will look incredible, and there will truthfully be very little paint restoration required! Learn More about condition grades
