Important Added Info: Note that (as verified in the pressbook) the distributors of the movie sent an "are here!" snipe along with the one-sheet posters so that theaters could paste it over the "are coming!" tagline at the top of the one-sheet once they began playing the movie. However, with this very rare 40x60 (which I have never seen before), they actually printed the "are here!" as part of the poster image (surely because they did not think anyone would put it up in advance of the movie's playing, and I guess they wanted the 40x60 to look just like the one-sheet!).

Condition: very good to fine. There are some creases in the top of the left blank border and a very few creases scattered through the image. The poster was lightly creased horizontally across the center, but it is barely noticeable from the front. There are a few small brown water stains in the bottom left of the poster and there is surface paper loss and a tape stain in the right of the bottom border. Other than the above, the poster is in nice condition!
