Leonard romantic sickly-girl-with-overprotective-parents comedy ("You'll fall in love with Cynthia"; "Based on a play by Vina Delmar", which borrows elements of its plots from The Secret Garden) starring Elizabeth Taylor (in her first "grown-up" title role as Cynthia Bishop), George Murphy, S.Z. Sakall, Mary Astor, Gene Lockhart, Spring Byington, James Lydon, and Scotty Beckett. Note that Elizabeth Taylor was just 15 when this movie was made, and just a year before, she was a child actress, but MGM recognized that she had "matured", so they gave her this role, where she, while still a teen, had her first romantic part, including a kiss with boyfriend James Lydon!
